CUSTOM CLEARANCE
We have a fast track Customs Clearance team which is known to be one of the most efficient in the country.
For shipments arriving through airfreight, we can normally clear your goods within 2 hours after the customs manifest has been accepted by the Customs Authorities.
For shipments arriving through seafreight, our normal clearance time is within 1 daysafter the customs manifest has be accepted by Customs Authorities.
Special Permission Customs Clearance: In cases where goods are perishable, sensitive or need urgent delivery, we can request a special permission from the Mauritian Customs authorities in order to clear the goods prior to their arrival in Mauritius. If Special Permission is granted, goods can be cleared and put at the disposal of the Customer within 2 hours after the customs manifest has been issued by Customs Authorities.
